One dosing skid. Every team sees what it needs.
This is the AGAD Portal connected to an ELCIE dosing skid: 34 analogue tags, 20 valves and drives and 15 setpoints, logged around the clock. The data is simulated from a running installation and plays at ×60, so a full make-up batch passes in about three minutes.

The skid as the operator sees it, from anywhere. Valves, drives, levels and flows update as the PLC reports them; the three sequences show the exact step the skid is on.

Every tag is logged and can be overlaid against the sequence steps and equipment states, so a fault can be diagnosed from the office before anyone travels to site.

Each make-up batch is recorded automatically with its water, neat product and achieved ratio. Dose is tracked against setpoint every 30 seconds, and every setpoint change is kept in an audit trail.

Service is scheduled on what the equipment has actually done. The portal counts every valve cycle and pump run hour, forecasts when each interval will be reached and flags the item before it is due.

Alarms & alerts
When something needs attention the right person hears about it on their phone, and it escalates if nobody acknowledges. Every alarm is logged with who responded and how long it took.
